1. Delivery Area
SCHRANZ SRL currently delivers to all member states of the European Union.
If delivery to a specific country is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated no later than during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value.
The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
The current shipping rates are:

Free Shipping
Orders shipped to the following countries qualify for free shipping on orders of €500.00 or more:

For all other EU countries, the shipping costs displayed during checkout apply.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once full payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:
Italy, Austria, and Germany
5–8 business days
Other EU Member States
5–12 business days
If an item is temporarily unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
4. Shipping Providers
The choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of SCHRANZ SRL.
Depending on the destination country, order volume, and parcel size, shipments are handled by an appropriate logistics partner.
5. Partial Deliveries
If an order contains multiple items and some products are available for shipment earlier than others, SCHRANZ SRL reserves the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.
6. Inspection of Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for any visible transport damage or missing items.
Visible transport damage should, where possible, be noted with the delivery carrier and reported to SCHRANZ SRL without delay.
This serves solely to simplify the claims process and does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of SCHRANZ SRL until full payment has been received.
8. Force Majeure
If extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, strikes, governmental measures, or significant disruptions to transport routes—delay or prevent delivery, the applicable delivery periods shall be extended for the duration of the disruption.
