Our Quality Commitment

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at SCHRANZ SRL. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in finding a quick and straightforward solution.

Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Where possible, returned items should be:

  • complete,

  • unused,

  • clean,

  • and returned in their original packaging.

You are, of course, entitled to inspect the goods to the extent that would also be possible in a physical retail store.

Complaints

If an item arrives damaged or has a material or manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue,

  • and clear photographs showing the defect.

This allows us to handle your claim much more efficiently.

Damage During Transport

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the damage with the delivery carrier and informing us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on your payment service provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Statutory Warranty

All products offered by SCHRANZ SRL are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable under law.

If a defect arises within the applicable warranty period, you are entitled to the legal remedies provided by the relevant legislation.
